Accumulation of Advanced Tool Design Technology.
While researching and accumulating advanced tool design technology to fulfill our customer's sophisticated product secifications, we design tool layouts, often multiple sets at a time, by supposing finely complicated metal deformation processes resulting in fine-grain products. By combining this with our transfer press working, we can produce large quantities of a wide variety and forms of products at a low cost to the customer.
Integrated Production Systems from Tool Design to Surface Treatment.
In order to continuously deliver high quality products in mass quantities, reaching several hundred million pieces per month, we have to be extremely through with our strict quality assurance system covering the entire production system. To ensure this high quality control, we have integrated every aspect of production into our own system - from tool design, the manufacture, the adjustments to press working of parts, the surface treatment and assembly.
