Usually, tool design and manufacture relies mostly on the experience of the engineers themselves, the repeat of trial manufacture, tests, and improvements. To find a solution to this problem, we are pouring all our efforts into research on VP (Virtual Prototyping). VP allows us to plan for total efficiency at the trial manufacturing stage of tool, via computer simulation. VP can be said the hottest item in the press field today.

Just as vital as speedy responses for product improvements, is the head on tackling new product development. Take the automatic transfer press at an example, not only do we look as it from a functional point of view such as higher speed, higher accurancy or more compactness, but we are also working hard to solve environmental problems by reducing vibration and noise. With the CNC springforming machine, we are aiming at development of the next generation of machines with more versatility. We are also actively involved in the research of peripheral device such as image processing systems.
