Asahi-Seiki will safely manage personal information.
Specifically, Asahi-Seiki take the following measures.
(1)Asahi-Seiki have put in place personal information protection policy and internal rules and in accordance with these rules, a personal information protection manager supervises the entire company and each department takes systematic measures to protect personal information.
(2)Regarding storage and usage of personal data, we have put internal rules and taken measures to prevent unauthorized people from accessing personal data.
(3)The system that handles personal information uses access control and personal data encryption. Mechanisms to protect this system from unauthorized external access, malware, and other threats have also been implemented in the system.

5.Disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, and erasure, etc. of personal information

In the case a user requests disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, etc. of their personal information, Asahi-Seiki will verify that this user has the right to request such modification and will answer the user’s demand as quickly as is reasonably possible. 6.Structure and organization

Asahi-Seiki will appoint a person in charge of the protection and management of personal information to ensure personal information protection in a unified manner. Each division will also appoint a person in charge of the promotion of personal information protection to ensure the protection and proper management of personal information in each division.

7.Establishment of internal rules

In order to implement this policy, Asahi-Seiki will establish internal rules regarding the protection of personal information and thoroughly inform the employees of the company and the other people involved of these rules. These rules will be maintained and improved continuously.

Purposes of use of personal information - Public statement of the purpose of use based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information

Asahi-Seiki uses personal information for the following purposes in its Business information.
